This policy explains what data pokesurvivortierlist.com (“we”, “this site”) collects and why. In short: there are no accounts, we don’t set cookies of our own, and your tier list stays in your browser.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read; Vercel describes it as privacy-friendly. When a page loads, a script served from this site’s own domain reports the page view, including the page’s address, to Vercel, and we see the results as traffic statistics. Vercel’s handling of this data is covered by the Vercel privacy policy.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which also provides the analytics. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages.
Your tier list stays on your device
When you edit My list, the ranking is saved in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) so it’s still there next time. That is the only data this site saves on your device: the order of the Pokémon on your board. It isn’t sent to us and we can’t see it. Press Reset on the tier list, or clear this site’s data in your browser, to delete it.
If you press Share link, your ranking is written into the link itself (the part after “?t=”), so anyone you send it to can see that ranking. The link contains nothing but the tier list. Download image creates the picture in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
Cookies and ads
This site doesn’t show ads or set cookies today. We may add advertising later to help cover running costs. If we do, advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads, and some ads may be personalized. Before that happens, we’ll update this policy, name the partners involved and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Children
The site is meant for a general audience. We don’t ask for, or knowingly collect, personal information from anyone, including children.
